Contact Forms

At Dealer Apex, we offer a variety of pre-built contact forms that will benefit both your staff and your customers. Additionally, all of our pre-built forms are configured to submit in both normal text format (easy to read for dealership staff) & ADF/XML format (for easy tracking through your dealership's CRM system) and can be configured with CAPTCHA Human-verification if desired. These contact forms include:

  • Ask About This Vehicle (Click To View Details)
    • This is a pop-up form that can be added to your vehicle inventory pages as well as your vehicle detail pages and makes it easy for customers to quickly express interest in a vehicle without having to navigate away from the page they're viewing. This form offers:
    • A large vehicle photo
    • A Summary of information about the vehicle (year, make, model, trim, vin#, stock#, body style, mileage, etc.)
    • Input fields for the customer to enter their first* and last name*, phone number, email address* & comments
  • Car Finder (Click To View Details)
    • This form allows customers to notify your dealership of their ideal vehicle so that you can contact them when a vehicle enters your inventory that meets their specifications. This form collects the following customer data:
    • Contact Information
      • First and Last name*
      • Phone number*
      • Email*
      • Preferred contact method (user can select "Email" or "Phone")*

      • Preferred Vehicle Type (user can select "New" and/or "Pre-Owned")

    • The "Contact Us" form is the most direct way for customers to contact your dealership via email & collects the following customer data:

    • Additionally, this page also displays:
    • Your dealership's street address

    • This secure form allows customers to apply online for financing. The application is split up into different pages that collect the following customer information:

    • This allows customers to recommend your site to a friend or family member. It takes the following information:
